Biography Reina brings over 30 years of experience both as a leader and as a leadership development consultant, executive coach and facilitator. She has worked in the private sector across many industries in the US, Asia, the UK.  A few of her clients include: Oracle, CH2M Hill, Merck, Avaya, Ball Corporation, Boeing, and Salomon Brothers. She has experience in the public sector, having worked with most cabinet-level federal agencies. Reina has a master’s degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from the University of Colorado, Undergrad Degree in Industrial Engineering. As a leadership coach, Reina completed certification training through Georgetown University and The Center for Creative Leadership. She is a Professional Certified Coach through the International Coach Federation.
