In one of our biggest episodes yet, Nathan and Bill are joined by Greg Morgan and Dave "Doctor Shock" Becker to discuss one of the most influential science fiction films of all time, Stanley Kubrick's "2001: A Space Odyssey". With an epic run time almost matching the movie itself, we explore the works of Kubrick and Clarke, and all the varying facets that make up this extraordinary cinematic work.----more---- Greg and Bill talk about what it's like to see the film for the first time in 2020, and Nathan and Dave remember the first time they encountered it. We also talk about the film's mighty influence on the genre, and a little about its sequel, "2010: The Year We Made Contact." Check it out!
