Pharmacy Leadership: PALRC: Perceptions of Health-System Pharmacy Leadership and Pipeline

This podcast, hosted by the Pharmacy Administration and Leadership Residents’ Collaborative (PALRC), is intended to inform listeners about opportunities and concerns in the pharmacy leadership pipeline across hospitals and health systems.  Most health-system pharmacy leaders are satisfied with their decision to pursue leadership; however, many also identify opportunities for improvement, including leadership development and growth opportunities, mentorship, and work-life balance.  The development of the pipeline for residents, mid-level managers, and upper-level pharmacy executives is also explored. The information presented during the podcast reflects solely the opinions of the presenter.
