A Miami OK native, Bill graduated from Miami High School (1978) and received his Associates degree (1980) from NEO A&M College. He obtained his Bachelor (1984) and Doctorate of Pharmacy (2003) from the University of Oklahoma.He currently serves as co-chair of Unify Rx and is on the board of AlignRx. Bill also serves on the board of directors of Surescripts, LLC, the Premier Value Alliance, and First National Bank of Miami. Bill served a 10-year term on the Oklahoma State Board of Pharmacy and is a current member of the Oklahoma Pharmacists Association and the American College of Apothecaries.
