Phat Ash Bakes- Izzy Erazo's wife Ashley started slinging small batch cookies to friends and co-workers and led to folks sliding into her DMs and drop-offs to now a Speakeasy and shipping worldwide.

I got to spend a lunch break with Israel "Izzy" Erazo, co-owner of Phat Ash Bakes in Orlando, FL, a bakery slingin small-batch cookies from scratch. With lots of love. And a lil' bit of Jersey sass. I spoke to Izzy about how his wife, Ashley started baking up cookies and brownies and how they came up with the concept.
