Phenomenal Philippines

This week’s adventure takes us to the miraculous archipelago of the Philippines.We snorkel, visit virgin islands, admire dolphins, observe super cool chocolate hills and of course butterflies, coconut and starfish stories included.We also note the importance of coral reefs, the intensive labour behind a single jar of honey, and how we must focus on pro-active choices in an ever-changing world. I talk about this week’s bee fun : harvesting my own honey, jarring and labelling.
