He has significant experience representing clients developing many critical technologies, including streaming, network protocols, network security, artificial intelligence, blockchain, animation, and the Internet of Things.An engineer by training, Phil previously worked at NASA’s Jet Propulsion Laboratory and founded a company that produced semi-custom software and turnkey computer systems for accounting tasks and bank operations.
