The Philharmonia Orchestra's Digital team travelled to Florence, Italy to discover the personal story behind Luigi Dallapiccola's opera, Il Prigioniero. Written between 1944 and 1948, Il Prigioniero expresses Dallapiccola's disillusionment with Mussolini's politics.
