Actor and chef turned director Philip Barantini joins Samira to discuss making the sequel for BBC television to his BAFTA-nominated, one-take film, Boiling Point, set in the febrile atmosphere of a high-end restaurant kitchen.An ambitious series of spaces at the National Gallery of Scotland opens this week to display Scottish art created in the last 150 years.
