Philip Duff - Director of Education for Tales Of The Cocktail

This week on the show we talk with Mr. Philip Duff, who is among other things, director of education for Tales of the Cocktail. Well we continue to talk about TOTC, as it became official last week, (Mid February 2018), that Gary Solomon Jr,Neal Bodenheimer of Cure and Cane & Table have taken over leadership of Tales.
