Philipp Schott

Like James Herriot before him, Philipp Schott is an author whose day job as a veterinarian is central to his writing. The hero of his bestselling Dr Bannerman Vet Mysteries uses his specialist knowledge, and his sniffer dog Pippin, in his sideline as an amateur sleuth. The fourth book in the series, Three Bengal Kittens, sees Dr Bannerman investigating a suspicious death, a kitten kidnapping, and a locked-room mystery, all in an effort to keep his brother from being charged with murder. Join Philipp and Red as they investigate cozy, and not so cozy, crime, and the long history of veterinary medicine.
