If your thoughts feel busy or heavy, this moment is for you. Father, in the name of Jesus, I come to You. You see what is on my mind. You know what I am carrying. And through Jesus, You invite me to bring everything to You. So I pause.I bring my worries into Your presence. Jesus, I give You the thoughts that keep returning. The concerns I cannot control. The pressure I feel within. I place them in Your hands. I release the anxiety in my mind. I release the tension in my body. I release the need to figure everything out. I release it to You.And now, I receive. I receive peace over my thoughts. I receive calm within my heart. I receive stillness that settles me. Jesus, guard my mind today. Help me to trust You with what I cannot control. Remind me that You are with me in every moment. I receive. And now I move forward—calm, steady, and at peace. Jesus is with you now. Across the world, hearts are being calmed. From London to Toronto, from Nairobi to Manila, Jesus is bringing peace to anxious minds. Jesús, te entrego mis preocupaciones y recibo Tu paz. Jesus Cristo, entrego-Te as minhas preocupações e recebo a Tua paz. Jesus, ibinibigay ko sa Iyo ang aking mga alalahanin.Father, I trust You. Through Jesus, I walk in peace.
