He’s writing from house arrest in Rome, and he encourages the Philippian church to reduce their stress, beware of false teachers, and enjoy unity in the church. Encouragement This beautiful epistle, and Paul’s life, give us important instructions for life. Paul says that his entire life is about Jesus Christ. His ministry to the soldiers who guarded him and even Ceasar’s household is an incredible testimony to God’s faithfulness. Belief and Suffering Paul discusses belief and suffering.
