PHILLIES POSTCAST: Cristopher Sanchez SET 2 RECORDS, Phillies COMPLETE THE SWEEP of Padres

The Philadelphia Phillies get a FRANCHISE RECORD SETTING performance from Cristopher Sanchez as they SWEEP the Padres with a 3-0 win!     Sanchez set a new team record for consecutive scoreless innings that now sits at 44.2ip. At the close of the 4th inning, Sancez passed the previous record of 41.1ip straight scoreless innings set by Grover Cleveland Alexander in 1911. The lefty wasn't done there as he also tossed his 5th straight game of going at least seven scoreless innings, another club record.       As for Sanchez’ line in the win; seven-scoreless, six hits, no walks, nine strikeouts and 100 pitches thrown. He has not allowed a run since April 30th.     The Phillies supported Sanchez' day with a two-run 6th inning that started with Justin Crawford breaking out of his 0-for-23 slump with a single to center.
