Phillies sign David Robertson

The Philadelphia Phillies were in desperate need of bullpen help as the MLB trade deadline approached & they made an acquisition that only cost them money in signing veteran arm David Robertson, a two time Phillie already. More help should be on the way for the Phillies bullpen, but this starts the moves to bolster the bullpen ahead of the MLB playoff push.
