Phillip Lindsay on Buffaloes' Win or Fade Moment | Colorado Buffaloes Football News

Phillip Lindsay, a former Colorado football star, warns that Deion Sanders’ initial hype can’t sustain the Buffaloes’ program without real wins—highlighting their recent 16-21 record under Sanders and a disappointing 3-win season last year. While the program’s buzz may be fading, Lindsay sees hope in new offensive coordinator Brennan Marion, whose high-scoring, fast-paced “go-go” offense could transform Colorado’s struggling attack—currently averaging just 20.9 points per game. Lindsay, who rushed for over 3,700 yards and 36 TDs at Colorado and earned a Pro Bowl as a rookie with Denver, reminds everyone that success is possible—even when the path isn’t easy.
