We catch up with Phillip as he prepares to take on the CrossFit Semifinals in Pasadena. Philip comes from a large family who will be representing the Musci Mob in their home of Southern California.  He also shares about working out with Hannah his training partner in his brothers garage.  We talk about the heat stroke episode at the 21 CrossFit Games that helped him learn so much and how this is the year he is ready to make his run at the Games.
