Philly police look for suspects in car vandalisms, part thefts

Philadelphia Police are sharing video of vandals indiscriminately targeting parked vehicles, depicting one guy leaning out of the window of a slow moving car, smashing vehicle windows in the Logan neighborhood. Cops are also investigating a series of wheel and tire thefts in various neighborhoods, mostly Hondas.
