The Philadelphia 76ers dropped their fourth straight game, losing to the Miami Heat 106-89 on Monday night to fall to 2-11 on the season thanks to a disastrous offensive performance in the second half, including a decisive third quarter that saw the Miami Heat outscore the Sixers 35-16 to take control of the game.Jared McCain and Paul George led the Sixers with 20 and 18 points, respectively. Joel Embiid, who came into the game doubtful because of an illness, finished with just 11 points in 31 minutes of play.
