Going back to the Summer of 2006 when I was developing concepts for a wide range of series; mixed CD's that were being retailed at a local establishment, I wanted something that focused solely on one sound, that being NRG, as it reminded me of my time in San Francisco. Thus BAKER STREET was born, and became my best selling series generating a surprising amount of income. BAKER STREET features music from two labels that I love, Almighty Records & Klone Records, best known for their uplifting covers of both old & new tracks, all remade for the dance floor. My ultimate vision for PHOENIX RISING presents BAKER STREET - The Summer Party - DJ WOLF e. was a full scale event held on Independence Day, complete with a truly amazing pyrotechnics display. The location: Ocean Beach in San Francisco, where thousands would gather to celebrate the 4th of July in a place like no other . . .
