Phoenixx: Strength to build

Today Phoenixx called in to share her story of fear and stage fright. Phoenixx talks about a lot of her vulnerabilities that she has worked through over the years starting with her fear of being on stage. She has always worked in the music industry starting with writing songs for other people. In order for her to get closer to her dream of being on stage she started hosting events and gradually working her way into the spotlight. This process opened up more doors and expanded Phoenixx’s network challenging multiple fears and allowing her to grow in more ways. Phoenixx shares how it is important for us to be mindful and honest with ourselves about how we are feeling inside because it manifests externally and other people can feel the energy that we are putting out. Phoenixx discusses how important our health is, our diet, location, and who we surround ourselves with, it all plays a role in how we show up in life. Phoenixx shares how import it is for us to have self love can care because if we do not love ourselves our fears and problems will continue show up in one form or another.
