Phone Call with Nuke Weapons Expert, Greg Spriggs
from Hoax Busters Call: Conspiracy or just Theory?
Here is a conversation between myself(Chris) and weapon physicist, Greg Spriggs, a recognized expert on nuclear weapons, where he explains the anomaly appearing in the nuke footage in my video (https://youtu.be/ot83oQQXHHA). I wanted to have him further expound on what he describes as a "ball of hot gas" that somehow is a ball yet is clearly asymmetrical, that begins as a blast(in motion) then suddenly freezes in place(apparently) but he had to attend a meeting. Greg reveals that what you are actually looking at is an explosion shot at a high frame rate and played back at conventional speeds(30 fps). Which, coincidentially(or not?), is the precise technique that special effects artist employ to give subjects(miniatures, explosions, etc), a larger appearance by utilizing a mathematical equation applied to the frame rate... http://cinematography.net/edited-pages/Miniaturesfps.htm https://www.llnl.gov/news/physicist-declassifies-rescued-nuclear-test-films Here is a sample video from Greg's Youtube project... https://youtu.be/D26hsFCY7V8 Interesting hard-edge around the "explosion".-C Thanks to Cyril Allen for hipping me to this.
