First, The plaintiff claims she added her brother to her cell phone plan, but he failed to pay his portion of the bill, so the plaintiff is suing. The defendant admits he missed two months of payments but insists the plaintiff shut off his phone, so he feels he shouldn’t have to pay anymore. Then, The plaintiff says the defendant hired him to do some work around her home. However, the plaintiff claims the defendant failed to pay him, so he’s suing. The defendant denies owing because she claims the plaintiff sexually harassed her and his work was sloppy.
