Allen Walker appears in the chat room at TheChewb.com - he’s doing better! This is great news! Phoole extracts good news from Phooligans throughout the Phooliverse. Phoole got a purple monkey (a soft toy monkey!) named Grapes whose birthday JUST HAPPENS to be April 1st! AND Phoole has a mini-Muppet of one of the yip-yip aliens from Sesame Street. MBTC joins in the fun for a while too! Everyone’s having a splendid time - but then Phoole learns John Hurt has left the planet during the evening, so some Art of Noise/Claude Debussy/John Hurt has to be played in commemoration, and Phoole is not a little rattled at having just that same day based the show’s promo graphics on stills from the version of 1984 that starred John Hurt. Phoole ends the show with Epistrophe Smith because that is apparently how she always ends her show now!
