Photography is EVERYTHING!

from Wisconsin Real Estate Today Hosted by John G. Gscheidmeier

Photography is EVERYTHING - literally. Although all components are important to selling a home the fastest and for more money, great photography is the most important when buyers eventually find your home for sale online. Years ago, when customers had to come to real estate offices to see homes inside large MLS books, photography wasn't as important. Fast forward to today's highly competitive market and buyers flip through online photos as fast as their thumbs allow. It is incredibly important that your photos create a "pause" in their flipping routine long enough to show off your hard work and what makes your home stand out. Photography is so important, yet some sellers never ask their prospective realtor to show them their previous listing's photos. Why seller's don't ask the right questions when interviewing prospective realtors is mainly a matter of unintentionally not knowing what to ask. In this episode you'll learn the right questions to ask, and the services you need to demand, prior to hiring what might seem like a perfect agent.

When a listing goes "live" in MLS, and subsequently to other 3rd party real estate sites, it is the seller's 24/7 open house. There is ONE THING that matters most at this point - good photography. In fact, good isn't enough...it needs to be great! Everything photography is covered in this episode.
