ชาวบ้านอาศัยน้ำจากบ่อน้ำวิเศษมาเป็นเวลานานหลายร้อยปี แต่วันหนึ่งพระราชารู้ข่าวจึงอยากครอบครองบ่อน้ำวิเศษแต่เพียงผู้เดียว และสั่งให้ทหารทำรางน้ำจากบ่อวิเศษมาที่พระราชวังและประกาศห้ามไม่ให้ใครตักน้ำจากบ่อน้ำวิเศษ ชาวบ้านจึงไปตักน้ำที่รางน้ำแทน พระราชจึงประกาศห้ามไม่ให้ใครตักน้ำที่บ่อและจากรางอีก  ชาวบ้านจะทำอย่างไรติดตามได้ในรายการพระอาทิตย์ยิ้มแฉ่ง
