Tanja Erath has ended her pro cycling career this year after a crash in the Tour Of Britain that left her with a broken rib, a broken collarbone and two broken vertebrae. Although physically recovered and offered a 2nd year contract at EF Education-TIBCO-SVBt Tanja decided that racing in the peloton was no longer for her.  She has now gone back to her original career as a doctor and in this podcast I have a great chat with her about female cycling, the pay gap and life after cycling and much more.
