Picastro Interview

Today's episode, on air now till 2:30 @cjamfm, is an interview we did with Liz Hysen, the mind behind @thebandpicastro. Based in Toronto, Ontario, Picastro is a hidden gem in the city. Their music is filled with intricately woven instrumentation, experimental melodies and immersive vocals. All their work is exceptionally good and today we dive into one of our favourite albums by them: You! We talk to Liz about working on the record, her gardening woes and the all the pieces of your identity that make you, you.
