Neuromodulators are for prevention, not rejuvenation, and you need laser resurfacing to remove them.  Mild improvements in fine lines can be obtained with the new superficial fillers, but when lines are deep and etched, slight improvement is made with chemical peels and more significant improvement is made with laser peels (laser resurfacing). What you choose depends on where you are in the aging spectrum and how much downtime you are able or willing to take.
