Pickup truck crashes on S.H. 97

A red pickup truck’s make and model are unrecognizable after it crashed into the corner of a metal fence May 22 in the 6900 block of S.H. 97 east of Floresville. “It was a one-vehicle crash,” Texas Department of Public Safety Highway Patrol Sgt. Brandon Biggins told the Wilson County News. “The driver apparently drifted off.” A Wilson County District 1 Fire & Rescue team removed the passenger door to enable a Wilson County Emergency Services District 3 EMS crew to extricate the unidentified male driver and transport him to a San Antonio hospital in undetermined condition.
