Pickwick Papers Chapter XXIII

In which we witness the industrious Mr Samuel Weller, freshly fortified by his morning repast, embarking upon a spirited encounter with a certain Mr Job Trotter, amidst the quaint precincts of London. The scene is animated by a mixture of convivial threat and heartfelt tears, as old grievances are aired with all the fervour and peculiar humour which grace the dealings of those of honest, if somewhat roguish, disposition.
