Picnic
from Amir Alwani's music (RSS feed) · host Amir Alwani
I recorded this song a couple years ago (2012) and meant to re-record the guitar parts for a better tone (and eventually to shift the tuning to 432Hz), and I meant to add bass, and I meant to record my screaming to go with it, but as time went by I got distracted by dubstep, drum&bass and research. I kept thinking I would have the time to finish this track but I never got that time so I'm releasing it UNFINISHED as a ROUGH COPY or WORK IN PROGRESS for now. Although I will always love djent I find myself barely listening to it anymore, unfortunately. Most of what I play on guitar these days is improvised, more mellow, and I'm exploring new types of chords and gaining confidence with new skills. I don't listen to jazz often but I think the few jazz artists I've come accross over the years have influenced my current guitar playing. At this point in time I have too many projects to realistically tackle finishing this song anytime soon, but I do think it's wrong for me to let this song rot on my computer. My computer could break and I value this song too much so here is the song, albeit in 440Hz. P.S. Although the meta-data might say it was created later on, I did in fact already compile the song sometime in late 2012. The meta-data probably refers to when I exported the mixdown to the mp3 file, but rest assured the song itself was created in 2012. |[{(PLEASE DONATE)}]| PAYPAL address: https://www.paypal.com/cgi-bin/webscr?cmd=_s-xclick&hosted_button_id=A74M6E352CPE2 BITCOIN address: 185Gs7jo8Trgekjvk6ujd7cvd9g16nxTt6
