Piggyback Rye - Big Papi Edition

This week we have a special bottle for you. Just released this month, Whistlepig collaborated with David Ortiz aka "Big Papi", one of the best power hitters of all time to come up with a very unique rye whiskey. At 100% rye and 96.56 proof the regular Piggyback Rye gives you a nice enjoyable rye punch, but thanks to David Ortiz, they decided to age the rye also with Maple baseball bats. The maple brings in a lot of flavor and uniqueness compared to the original. With all of that being said, this makes for a nice easy sipper with unique flavors that reminded us of little league and playing ball.
