Juhtimine on mõjuvõim ja mõjukus arendab lojaalsust teistes. Sul ei ole mõju üksnes tiitli tõttu, samuti ei tähenda sinu sõnakuulelikkus Jumalale, et sa oleksid mõjukas. Kuid on asju, mida sa teha saad, et oma mõju kasvatada.      -----     Leadership is influence, and influence will develop loyalty of others.  You will not have influence because of a title, and your obedient to God doesn’t mean you will have influence.  But there are things you can do to cause your influence to grow.
