A locking pill bottle could be a new weapon in the fight against prescription drug abuse. Illinois lawmakers are considering a bill requiring locking caps on pill bottles. It would also require government and insurance programs to only cover painkillers that can't be crushed into powder so they're easier to snort or inject.
