You don't have to chase money if you build quality relationships. More opportunities to make money or build wealth can come through word of mouth or having an advocate working on your behalf. Instead of fostering genuine and mutually beneficial relationships, we spend more time pretending to be busy and thinking we "don't have time" to take someone out for coffee or even call or text and say, "Hey, I'm thinking about you."
