I had somehow never figured that I would possibly even consider covering this song. I went to this event at the University of Southern California called USC Thornton 2016 PopFest which was held on April 3rd at the USC Carson Soundstage hosted by the USC Thornton School of Music. It was like magic. I felt so good being there. It felt like I was in the right place. That's where my heart lies. I particularly got the idea and motivation to cover this song after watching Brooke Aulani perform the acoustic version. That moment I knew I wanted to cover this song soon. So here goes.
