Pilot Hayes Riding fear like a surfer

Today i spoke with Pilot Hayes about fear. He spoke about the importance of facing our fears in order to grow and become stronger. He said fear is a challenge that is waiting for us to accept and when we do have the courage to accept the challenge that fear has to offer is when we grow. We must go one step beyond fear. He used my favorite analogy of fear as life surging and when we step into fear we can go for the best ride of our lives.
