Dr. Moretti has served as Professor of Nutritional Sciences at the University of Applied Sciences and Arts of Southern Switzerland, and as the Head of the Nutrition and Dietetics Research at Swiss Distance University of Applied Sciences. His expertise lies at the intersection of physiology, biochemistry, and dietetics, with a particular emphasis on the nutrition of sensitive populations.
