Pine Crest Concrete Improvements Project in Prescott

Send us a text and chime in!The City of Prescott and their contractor, DBA Construction, are set to begin construction of the Pine Crest Concrete Improvements Project the week of May 18, 2026. This project will preserve and maintain the historic concrete roadways by repairing sections of damaged concrete roads throughout the Pine Crest neighborhood, as shown in the map below. No asphalt pavement overlay will be undertaken as part of this project. During this work, residents can expect: continuous residential access, flagging operations, loud noise, reduced speeds, early morning trash and recycling pick-up, temporary lane and driveway restrictions, and construction equipment in the roadway.
