Overall, the lyrics explore the search for meaning in a chaotic world."Andrew Salazar comments on the making of the video:"Aidan discovered the artwork of James Quigley, aka Gunsho, through the hip hop group Malibu Ken, a project by Aesop Rock and Tobacco. Other artists Gunsho has done work for include the likes of Ozzy Osbourne and Andrew W.K. Intrigued by his unique style, Aidan reached out to Gunsho online, and they immediately hit it off. Gunsho then created the artwork for the video and collaborated with his friend Peter Karpick, a former creative director for Adult Swim and freelance designer who brought the images to life through animation.
