Don Kelly said no one is healthy now and the players are grinding through things. Paul Skenes is not concerned about velocity and Jason would argue he does need more than 96 mph. Jason thinks taking Skenes out after 65 innings shows they think Skenes is fatigued. Jason doesn't think Skenes eases off at any time during the season or in the offseason with his strong training. He needs rest.
