Piriformis Syndrome While Running Case Study

from Restoring Human Movement

Recently I asked my listeners about what they would like to see more of in this show in the coming year. A popular suggestion was MORE CASE STUDIES. You asked and I will provide. This case study is of a person who came into my office with on-going piriformis region burning/ ache that increased with turning, sitting, running and squatting. She had already been treated with a battery of soft tissue work (Active Release and Graston), chiropractic adjustments, physical therapy, glute strengthening, rest and stretching. Long story short, she was reported a 75% improvement within 7 days with my suggestions.
