Show Notes https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=hf0dcMH4N5U Pisco Sour Recipe 2 Ounces Pisco 1 Ounce Simple Syrup 3/4 Ounce Key Lime Juice 1 Large Egg White 2-3 Dashes Angostura Bitters Separate egg white and add ingredients to Boston shaker. No Ice. Start with dry shake to froth. Add 3-4 ice cubes and shake again for 20 seconds. Strain and pour into coupe or glass of your choice. Garnish with drops of bitter, or cinnamon.
