The Detroit Pistons secured a decisive 123-103 victory over the Washington Wizards at Little Caesars Arena, showcasing a dominant performance led by Cade Cunningham, who scored 27 points and contributed 10 assists. The Pistons exhibited remarkable efficiency, shooting 46.2% from the field, including a stellar 42.1% from beyond the arc with 16 three-pointers made. Jalen Duren added a strong presence in the paint, finishing with 15 points and 13 rebounds, while Tobias Harris and Tim Hardaway Jr. contributed solid performances as well. Defensively, Detroit capitalized on 13 turnovers from Washington, resulting in 18 points off turnovers. The Pistons led by as much as 25 points, ultimately controlling the game from start to finish, recording 61 total rebounds compared to 47 from the Wizards.
