Pittsburgh gets its first frost of the season...Man, woman killed in separate shootings Sunday in Pittsburgh...and Chatham University says it has turned the corner, financially.

This morning marked the first frost of the season, but forecasts show a mild start to winter. NewsRadio KDKA's Shelby Cassesse has the story: Temperatures will be in the 70s for the rest of the week - perhaps foreshadowing a lack of winter weather to end the year. Meteorologist Matt Benz says it's thanks to an el nino cycle.  He said the tail end of winter could be a different story, where the bulk of the snow could come around March.
