Pity parties are always solo. Sorry bout it

This week I want to talk to you about the concept of a 24 hour pity party. Do not invite anyone to this party because absolutely nobody wants to be there. You can process your emotions however, you need to process within that 24 hours and then after that 24 hours is up, you need to be able to move through it. You cannot walk through life, complaining and being miserable because you are in charge of your own happiness. You are in the driver seat of your life, and you are the one that has the power to change the narrative, rewrite the story or quite literally rip out the pages and start fresh. Stop complaining about things that are in your control and start taking a hold of your life and stop feeling. Sorry for yourself.
