We were honored to have Rob Cervoni on Episode 4 of our Pizza Story Podcast. Rob is the winner of Food Network's Chopped, and top Roman Style Pizzaiolo in the country. He trained under Massimiliano Saviea, and opened Taglio, Long Island's first and only Roman Style pizzeria. Rob was also named Pizza Today magazine's "Rising Stars of Pizza" in 2022. Taglio is located in Mineola, New York with a second location in opening in Massapequa. We talked about Rob's introduction into the pizza business, his pizza story and his success in the industry.
