Yes, that’s right it’s a plain chip-off…kinda. I mean the dark chips technically are plain as there’s no other seasoning than salt but the potato is higher in sugar which caramelizes when cook thus making them dark. Anyway, despite my mispronunciation in the video today, we have Corell’s Potato chips sent in by Josh, Estrella Sea Salt potato chips sent in by Jon, and Better Made Rainbow Old Fashioned Dark potato chips sent in my Chard.
