En el salón auditorio del Gobierno Provincial del Cañar, se lleva a cabo charlas referentes al Plan de manejo ambiental sobre la construcción que se efectúa en el camino ecológico con destino a guangras, por cuanto el Ministerio del Ambiente viene vigilando que se cumpla a cabalidad todo lo referente al permiso ambiental concedido para la apertura de esta carretera. Así lo señala. Carmita Sanmartín vice prefecta del cañar.
